Daily Duties: 

• Establish dialog with your customer. Install HVAC/R equipment, to improve energy efficiency, customer comfort, and related items.

• Present findings and options to customers. Provide advice as required, protecting the integrity of the company and its employees at all times.

• Complete approved installations within industry hours.

• Clean equipment/work area of customer's home.

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.

• Complete all paperwork required.

• Collect for work performed as required.

• Maintain truck inventory.

• Keep assigned vehicle organized, clean and maintained.

• Track vehicle maintenance and alert Production Manager when maintenance is necessary.

• Contact the office following the completion of each installation, providing requested information regarding the work completed, and receivingdispatch instructions for the next job. 

• Perform service and PM work if needed.

• Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements.

• Provide feedback to the Sales Team / Production Manager on an as needed basis.

• Other duties as needed.                                          

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Journeyman License in Mechanical or HVAC
• Valid Dirving License 

Normal work week will be Monday through Friday, plus any on call rotation duties.
