Establish dialog with your customer. Install HVAC/R equipment, to improve energy efficiency, customer comfort, and related items.

Present findings and options to customers. Provide advice as required, protecting the integrity of the company and its employees at all times.

Complete approved installations within industry hours.

Clean equipment/work area of customer's home.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.

Complete all paperwork required.

Collect for work performed as required.

Maintain truck inventory.

Keep assigned vehicle organized, clean and maintained.

Track vehicle maintenance and alert Production Manager when maintenance is necessary.

Contact the office following the completion of each installation, providing requested information regarding the work completed, and receivingdispatch instructions for the next job.

Perform service and PM work if needed.
-
Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
-
Provide feedback to the Sales Team / Production Manager on an as needed basis.

Other duties as needed.
